The real problem

A jeweller does not lose money on a bad stone. He loses it on a tray that does not move.

Certification settled the authenticity question years ago. Every stone carries an independent report, every invoice is itemised, and a supplier who treats that as a selling point is telling you how low the bar is.

The money goes somewhere else. It sits in designs that looked good in a catalogue and never left the tray. It goes in the six weeks it takes to restock the one line that actually sells. It walks out of the door when the price band is wrong for the customer standing in front of you.

Our job is not to reassure you that the diamonds are real. It is to send you stock that sells, and to send it again quickly when it does.

Loose diamonds

Four ranges, one quality standard.

Assorted to your specification, not to whatever happens to be in the safe.

Loose natural round brilliant diamonds 01

Round brilliant

The working range for most retail counters. Sieve calibrated sizes through to pointers, assorted to a consistent make so repeat orders match the last one.

Natural diamonds in oval, pear, marquise, emerald and princess cuts arranged on dark velvet 02

Fancy shapes

Princess, oval, pear, marquise, emerald, cushion, baguette and tapers. Loose, as matched pairs, or as calibrated sets for one design.

Star melee and pointers

The stones that decide whether a piece looks alive on the tray. Tight sieve control, consistent colour, no filler at the bottom of the lot.

Certified solitaires

IGI and GIA certified single stones for engagement and bridal centres, sourced against your exact brief with the certificate travelling with the stone.

Finished jewellery

Light weight pieces, at the price your customer can actually say yes to.

Gold has priced the everyday customer out of the heavy piece she used to buy. She has not stopped wanting diamond jewellery, she has stopped being able to justify that ticket.

Our light weight range answers that without dropping her down to imitation. Real natural diamonds, real gold, in pendants, tops, rings, bracelets and mangalsutra she decides on during the same visit.

  • Supplied unbranded, or under your own brand
  • From a running range, or made to your CAD file or sample
  • Gold, diamonds and making shown as three separate numbers
  • Less capital locked per piece, so more designs on the same investment

Made to your design

Send the CAD file. We cut the layout to it.

Every seat filled with a stone that was made for that seat, rather than a design bent around whatever the parcel happened to contain. This applies whether you are buying the layout loose or having us finish the piece.

The saving is not in the diamond rate. It is in setting time, in gold that is not wasted closing a bad gap, and in pieces that do not come back for rework.

  • Halo, pave, channel, cluster and rail layouts
  • Matched pairs for earrings and side stones
  • Millimetre calibration with the tolerance agreed in writing
  • Repeat runs matched back to the original layout on file

What we actually solve

Six problems that cost a jeweller real money.

Named plainly, with what we do about each one. If a supplier cannot say this much, they are selling you stones and calling it a partnership.

Dead stock

Capital locked in designs that photographed well and never left the tray. The most expensive mistake in retail jewellery, and the quietest.

We start you on a small assortment rather than a collection, and tell you what is actually reordering across other counters before you commit.

No design refresh

The same trays for two years. Regulars stop looking properly because they have already seen everything you have.

New designs enter the running range through the year, not once a season, so there is always something a returning customer has not seen.

Bestsellers out of stock

The one line that moves every week, gone in the week you needed it, and six weeks away from coming back.

Your specification stays on file and repeat runs are matched to the original, so a reorder is a reorder rather than a fresh development.

The wrong price band

Beautiful pieces sitting just above what your customer will pay, in a market where gold has already moved that number once.

Tell us the band your counter needs to hit and we build the assortment to it. Light weight exists for exactly this reason.

Missing the season

Goods that land after the wedding date are not goods. They are next year's problem, bought with this year's money.

Production dates are agreed in writing before you commit, and if we cannot hit yours you hear it early enough to buy elsewhere.

A supplier who turns into a competitor

The house you buy from opening a counter in your market, or quietly selling your customer the same piece online.

No retail showroom, no consumer website, no direct to consumer line. Pieces leave unbranded or under your own mark.

Our values

Six things we hold to, on every order.

Sell through over sell in

We would rather send a smaller assortment that clears than a large one that sits. A buyer whose money is stuck does not come back, whatever the first invoice looked like.

Write it down

Specification, tolerance, rate and terms go on the document. Nothing that matters is left to memory or to a phone call.

Say no early

If we cannot fill a line to the standard you asked for, you hear it before you commit, not after the parcel arrives short.

One rate, one story

Rates do not move between the quotation and the invoice. The number you plan your retail price on is the number you pay.

Your business stays yours

Your rates, volumes and designs are not discussed with any other buyer. We do not circulate a customer list.

Natural, permanently

Not a policy we review when the market shifts. There is no lab grown line here and there will not be one.

How we work

From requirement to your counter.

No account manager theatre. You speak to the person who assorts the parcel.

  1. Send the requirement

Shape, sieve or carat range, colour and clarity band, quantity, and the design it is going into. A photograph of the piece or the CAD file tells us more than a spec sheet.

  2. We assort against your brief

Your parcel is picked and checked stone by stone. If we cannot fill a line to the standard you asked for, we tell you before you commit rather than substituting quietly.

  3. You see it before you buy

Approval parcel, a video call on the loupe, or an in person viewing at our Surat office. Regular buyers can take goods on approval terms.

  4. Confirm and we invoice

GST compliant invoice with the natural origin declaration and a full line item breakdown of shape, sieve, quality and rate. Nothing is bundled into a single vague figure.

  5. Insured dispatch, anywhere in India

Sealed and insured through the standard trade channels with tracking shared the same day. Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Coimbatore, Ahmedabad and every market in between.
